We wish to inform you that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 6250 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each on 5th May 2023 pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.In view of the above the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs.720441615/- (144088323 equity shares of Rs.5/- each) to Rs.720472865/- (144094573 equity shares of Rs.5/- each). The Equity Shares as allotted above shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company and shall be entitled to all dividends and corporate benefits if any declared by the Company after the allotment.
