With reference to above captioned subject we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today has approved and took on record the following matter:<BR> <BR> The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2023. We enclose herewith a copy of the said Audited Financial Results along with the Auditors Report thereupon.<BR> <BR> The Board meeting commenced at 03.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.30 p.m.<BR> <BR>
