Mr. Rajendra Chitale (DIN: 00015986) re-appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a second consecutive term of five consecutive years from January 23 2024 to January 22 2029.3. Mr. Alok Nanda (DIN: 02149755) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second consecutive term of five consecutive years from January 23 2024 to January 22 2029.
