Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 26.05.2023 inter alia considered and approved following: (a) Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2023; (b) Recommended the Final dividend of Rs. 50 per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 100 each (i.e. 50%) for FY23 subject to the approval of shareholders at ensuing AGM
