The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have Recommended a dividend @25% i.e. Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2023. The dividend shall be paid subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
