This is to inform you that the Trust has completed acquisition of 1252480 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up of the Company from secondary acquisition on recognized Stock Exchange within the aforesaid approved limit and no further acquisition of shares is proposed by the Trust till further intimation if any is given in this regard.
