Non Applicability Of Disclosure Under Regulation 23(9) Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 For The Half Year Ended On 31St March 2023.

This is to inform you that as per Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Corporate Governance & the above mentioned provisions such as Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 shall not apply to listed entities having paid up Equity share capital not exceeding rupees 10 Crores and net worth not exceeding rupees 25 Crore as on the last day of previous financial year. The Paid up equity share capital and net worth of India Infraspace Limited as on 31st March 2023 is (Rs. in Lacs) 280.00 /- and (Rs. in Lacs) 239.28 /-respectively.Therefore please appreciate that submission of Disclosure of Related Party Transactions under Regulation 23 (9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 for the half Year ended 31st March 2023 shall not be applicable.
