In pursuance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 MIC Electronics Limited (the Company) wishes to inform you that the Company has received Letter of Acceptance from Mumbai Railway Division of Western Railway zone The aggregate value of the said Work-Order is Rs. 46216707/- (Rupees Four Crore Sixty-Two Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Seven hundred and Seven Rupees Only).
