This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Board Meeting held on May 29 2023 has considered and approved the request letter received from Ms. Tiny Kesang Thapar part of Promoter & Promoter Group of the Company seeking reclassification from the Promoter & Promoter Group category to Public category shareholder in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI Listing Regulations subject to requisite statutory and regulatory approvals. As required under Regulation 31A(8) of the SEBI Listing Regulations an extract of the relevant minutes of the meeting of the Board approving the reclassification requests is enclosed herewith.
