The Board of Directors at its meeting decided inter alia consider and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 (LODR) we are enclosing herewith Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 along with Independent Audit report and Statement on Impact of Audit Qualification. The Board has authorised Mr. Datta Ram Gill Director of the Company to Sign the quarterly financial result for quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.
