The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (5.00%) of face value of Rs. 10/- per equity shares for the financial year 2022-2023 subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). Final Dividend if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting date.
