Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Securities and Exchange Board of India circular no. CIR / CFD / CMD / 4 / 2015 dated September 09 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held today on 29th May 2023 appointed R. C. Sharma and Associates Practicing Company Secretaries Agra to act as Secretarial Auditors of the company and M/s Bhumika Parwani Chartered Accountant in Practice Agra to act as Internal Auditors of the company for the Financial Year 2023-2024.The details as required under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Securities and Exchange Board of India circular no. CIR / CFD / CMD / 4 / 2015 dated September 09 2015 are enclosed as Annexure-A.
