Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015 the Board of Directors in their meeting held on Tuesday May 30 2023 have appointed M/s. Grownumero Advisors Private Limited as Internal Auditor and M/s. RBS & Co. Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24.
