Pursuant to regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 and based on the confirmation dated July 05 2023 obtained from SKDC consultants Limited the Registrar and share transfer agent of the company which is enclosed we hereby confirm the following:1. the securities which were dematerialized have been listed on the stock exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed and2. the security certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within the stipulated period.
