In continuation with the intimation dated 28th June 2023 with reference to the Closure of Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company we would like to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as adopted by the Company the Closure in Trading Window shall continue till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2023. Accordingly the Promoters Directors Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2023.
