Maximus International Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter and Three months ended on 30th June 2023.Further in continuation of our letter dated 27.06.2023 for the aforesaid purpose the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from Saturday 1st July 2023 and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter and Three Months ended on 30th June 2023 i.e. Wednesday 16th August 2023 as required under the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended.
