Pursuant to Reg 42(5) of the SEBI LODR and provision of Section 91(1) of the Companies Act 2013 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 23.09.2023 to Friday 29.09.2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 30th AGM and determining the name of the eligible Members for final dividend on equity shares if declared at the 30th AGM.
