Years ago when moving out of his father's house, Josy Paul was rummaging in the attic when he found a paper with something he'd written many moons earlier. It read: "To create an environment so fertile that even if you sow a seed of doubt it blossoms into a beautiful flower."
Paul, now chairman of BBDO India, says that it's his vision statement and he's tried to follow its tenets all through his career. Only that "seed of doubt" has flowered into a feeling of discontentment which plagues Paul off and on, showing up when he feels that he has got everything out of a job or when he feels excited about a new idea.
