Massage or workout to de-stress
I have two-hour sessions of reflexology four days a week, between 6 pm and 8 pm. I supplement that with deep tissue, acupuncture and cupping techniques on the other days.

iPhone 5. I have dumped the BlackBerry.

The Hasselblad Lunar camera, unique in design, and comes with a wooden body.
Your sleeping ritual
After finishing my mails I take a long bath and then go to bed. A bath is a must, irrespective of the time I call it a day.

Revenge and Scandal. I have just started watching Mr Selfridges.
Best gift received?
A Ferrari California from my wife Minal, and a Harry Winston watch from a dear friend- I wear it all the time.
Best gift given?
An Aston Martin Rapide to my wife, but she never uses it, so I get to drive it for her.
What items do you like to shop for?
Gadgets - I am always looking for the latest weird gizmos. I love shopping for my girls.

Frederic Malle - an excellent small parfumerie in Paris.

Jo Malone and Young Living Essential oils - especially their Thieves Oil is always in my travel bag.
What's your weekday breakfast like? And weekend?
It varies - scrambled eggs with chillies, onions and tomatoes, dosas or Marwari chilla.
Favourite restaurant
Without doubt, No 5 Hertford Street, and Coya - a Peruvian restaurant in London, run by an excellent Indian chef, Sanjay. A Ludhiana boy running the best restaurant in London. Just amazing.
Your ideal holiday
A week in the bush at the Singita Lodge in South Africa, followed by a few weeks on the beach at The One and Only in Maldives or The Amanpuri in Thailand. Next on the list is Aman Zoe in Greece.
Currently busy with
Finishing my book, An Insight into The World of Cricket, and another one on the IPL - how, why, then, and now. So much to write, it is 80 per cent done.
