TVS launches smartphone service app in India

TVS Motor Company has launched a new smartphone service app for its existing and prospective customers. The app helps the customers get details on service needs, mileage, performance, convenience and safety of the TVS two--wheelers.

The app, which is currently available only on the Android platform, will be soon introduced to other mediums as well.

The TVS smartphone service allows the user to keep a track of the vehicle's fuel efficiency, service schedules, warranty as well as terms and conditions for the same. In addition, the app also helps the customer get a service history of their motorcycle.

Through this app the customers can check about the specifications of their vehicle such as details related to engine, electrical, chassis, capacities, tyres, and brakes so that they can make an informed decision while buying the two-wheeler. In addition, you can locate a dealer situated close to you through the GPS.

The other features on the app include News & Updates, which provide latest information and updates related to TVS Motors; the Tips feature offers useful tips to customers for getting better mileage from their vehicle and vital safety riding tips. Customers can also manage their fuel expenses with the help of a unique feature called Fuel Records, which helps them calculate the vehicle's mileage.
