AGC Networks appoints V Srinivasa Raghavan as CFO

As the CFO, Raghavan will be responsible to further enhance corporate governance and financial controls

Information and communications technology solutions provider AGC Networks today said it has appointed V Srinivasa Raghavan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
 
As the CFO, Raghavan will be responsible to further enhance corporate governance and financial controls to accelerate overall business growth, AGC Networks said in a statement.
 
In this role, he will focus on financial operations of AGC Networks while leading and expanding the company's engagement with the investor community, it added.

With over 23 years of experience, Raghavan has worked with companies like Logica, GE, Motorola, Zuari Industries (K K Birla Group), Gabriel India and Corommandel Fertilizers in the past.
 
"Srini brings with him an extensive experience and expertise as a Chief Financial Officer valuable for our company.
 
"With his deep industry knowledge and excellent financial management skills we aim to further streamline our operations, processes and align investments and M&A to deliver greater value to our stakeholders," AGC Networks MD and CEO S K Jha said.
 
Raghavan, on his appointment said, his main focus would be to engage with existing investors and improve relations.
 
"Aligning all the financial operations with the company's growth strategy would be significant. Special emphasis will be given to build relations with new investors to achieve rapid growth," he added.
