Alison Fry is new Patni HR Director- EMEA region

Patni Computer Systems, a leading global IT and BPO services provider, today announced appointment of Alison Fry as its new Human Resources Director for the EMEA region.

Alison has more than 20 years of industry experience and will be responsible for the entire HR function within Patni’s EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa) business.

Alison joins Patni from Real HR Consulting, where she provided HR outsourcing consultancy to organisations in the financial and technology sectors. Prior to joining Patni, she worked in senior HR roles within companies such as TCS, SHL, Sony UK, Steria and Hitachi Data Systems.

“We are delighted to welcome Alison to the leadership team at Patni EMEA. Her experience and understanding of the HR function within businesses such as Patni will be invaluable as we grow the team in the EMEA region,” said Derek Kemp, President, EMEA at Patni.

Alison will be based at Patni’s EMEA headquarters in the Patni Building near Heathrow. 

At Bombay Stock Exchange the shares of Patni were trading at Rs 542.85 down 2.44 per cent at 12:33 pm from its previous close.
