Avaya appoints Rajeev Mittal to lead India and SAARC business

Avaya, a provider of business communications and collaboration systems and services, announced the appointment of Rajeev Mittal as managing director, Avaya for India and SAARC.

Previously, Mittal, until recently, was a general manager, small and mid market solutions and partners (SMS&P) for IT major Microsoft India and was responsible for expanding the company’s business in the mid-market segment, along with managing the Partner Eco System.

Prior to that, he worked in senior positions for companies including Oracle, IBM and Wipro Technologies, both in India and APAC leadership roles.
