Exports in October this year declined by 19.5%

Bajaj Auto sales down 8.6% in October

Bajaj Auto today reported a 8.59% decline in total sales in October at 3,52,822 units as against 3,86,017 units in the same month last year.

Motorcycle sales during the month declined 8.36% to 3,08,733 units as against 3,36,923 units in October last year, the company said in a statement.

Bajaj Auto's commercial vehicles sales during the month stood at 44,089 units compared with 49,094 units in the year-ago period, down 10.19%.

Exports in October this year stood at 1,27,645 units as against 1,58,547 units in the same month last year, down 19.49%.
