Berggruen Hotels selects IDS Next solution

Mid-segment business hotels group, Berggruen Hotels has partnered Bangalore-based IDS Next for its property management software. Through this partnership, IDS Next will deploy its FortuneNEXT 6i Professional solution at 11 properties belonging to Berggruen Hotels across India. Berggruen Hotels is the parent company of Keys Hotels.

Through this business co-operation, IDS Next solution will power over 1,080 rooms of Keys Hotels in Ludhiana, Pune, Mumbai, Mahabaleshwar, Goa, Hosur, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Chennai, the company said in a release.

Keys Hotels, the chain of mid-market hotels, resorts and apartments, was launched by Berggruen Hotels in 2007 and is funded by Berggruen Holdings, a New York-headquartered proprietary fund.

Software modules offered to Keys Hotels through FortuneNEXT 6i Professional include front office management, point of sale, accounts receivable, sales and marketing among others.

Besides FortuneNEXT solution Keys Hotels will also access other solutions, like last-minute rooms booking app, roomsTonite and the feedback and loyalty management solution.
