In 2009, Minacs opened operations centres in Vadodara, Aurangabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Ranchi in India, to offer outsourcing services to domestic Indian clients and now the company is increasing its capacity by over a 1,000 employees to service leading clients in the telecom and e-commerce space.
India CDO, Amitabh Vartak, said, "At Minacs, we look for 'business owners' who are ready to outthink and outperform the competition. We work with our clients as their extended departments delivering their brand promise with every customer interaction. Hence, we are looking for people who are energetic, willing to learn, and are passionate about helping customers!"
Minacs has recently expanded business with a leading e-commerce company to increase its presence across India. It has also received additional business from India's fastest-growing telecom player. It is looking to hire over 1,000 people including over 800 advisors, 10 team leaders, and other support staff. The advisors must have completed their 10+2 course, be fluent in Marathi and Hindi, and must have basic knowledge of computers.
