CCEA approval for Eicher Motors, Swedish firm JV

The cash investment by Volvo together with its subsidiaries will amount to $275 million. Eicher Motors will hold 54.4 per cent stake in the joint venture. According to the agreement, Eicher Motors will transfer its entire truck and bus operations as well as component business and engineering services to the joint venture.
