Century Textiles Q1 net down 40% at Rs 62.5 cr
The company had a net profit of Rs 104.11 crore in the same period in FY'08, the diversified firm said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The total income rose to Rs 967.92 crore in the latest quarter, from Rs 857.66 crore in the year-ago period.
The firm's businesses include textiles, viscose filament yarns, cement, pulp and paper.
Shares of Century Textiles closed at Rs 474, up 0.07 per cent on the BSE.
