The consolidated net profit stood at Rs 158.30 crore in the previous fiscal, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
Total consolidated income from operations increased by 9% at Rs 8,201.99 crore in 2012-13 fiscal against Rs 7,538.53 crore in previous fiscal.

The income from the operations fell 17.5% at Rs 1,554.17 crore during the fourth quarter of 2012-13 against Rs 1,883.54 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2011-12 fiscal.
For the fiscal 2012-13, Chambal Fertilisers standalone profit increased to Rs 305.61 crore from Rs 247.28 crore in the previous year, while total income rose to Rs 7,340.81 crore from Rs 6,461.64 crore.
