Charles A Adams resigns from the board of Jet Airways

Private carrier Jet Airways today said Charles A Adams has resigned from its board of directors with effect from July 7.

"Charles A Adams has resigned from the board of directors of the company with effect from July 7, 2009 due to unavoidable personal and family commitments," the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

His resignation has been accepted by the board earlier today.
