Keynote Corporate Services Ltd: Liberty Investments Pvt Ltd and Parvez Hamza Kader (acquirers) are making the final offer to acquire 2,93,806 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each being 6.02 per cent of the paid up equity share capital of Liberty Oil Mills Ltd (LOML) at a price of Rs 30 per equity share payable in cash from the remaining equity shareholders of LOML. Earlier Liberty Investments alongwith Parvez Hamza Kader had made a voluntary offer to acquire 13,24,600 equity shares of Rs 10 each representing 27.15 per cent of the issued and paid up share capital of LOML from the public shareholders, at a price of Rs 30 per share in cash pursuant to Regulation 11(1) of the Sebi (SAST) Regulations, 1997. The public announcement (PA) in this regard was made on February 15, 2002 in terms of Regulation 15 of the regulations. The initial offer was open from April 15, 2002 to May 14, 2002.
