DCHL extends financial year by 6 months

Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited (DCHL) has extended the financial year ending March, 2012 by six months.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, has granted permission for extending the financial year.
