DMIC to spell Rs 2 lakh crore invst, employment for over 8L in Gujarat

As Narendra Modi plans the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Summit around the ambitious Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), the state government has prepared a blueprint on how Gujarat can gain from the project.

As a part of the blueprint, the state government has decided to create new four industrial regions and two investment regions along the corridor. Government estimates suggest 18 districts (around 75 per cent of Gujarat's population) will be covered in the proposed Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC)
