Eih For Amicable Deal On Mashobra

East India Hotels (EIH), the flagship of Oberoi group of hotels, and the Himachal Pradesh government have agreed to find a solution to the dispute over the Mashobra Resorts Ltd through discussions.

The Company Law Board (CLB) today told counsels for both the parties to advise their clients to settle the dispute amicably.
