Everonn Education Limited has reported a 73 per cent drop in net profit at Rs 4.30 crore during the quarter ended September, compared to Rs 15.98 crore a year ago.
The company's total income also dropped 13 per cent to Rs 63.81 crore from Rs 73.81 crore.
Meanwhile, the company said the promoters pledged 482,000 equity shares during the quarter.
The company also said 46,12,489 shares were pledged as on September 30, constituting 24.02 per cent of the total paid up capital of the company.
