According to a release issued by Forbes Gokak to the BSE today, the company purchased 11,80,000 shares directly, and 8,00,000 shares were bought through its wholly-owned subsidiary Forbes Finance.
Eureka Forbes has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Forbes Gokak, the release added.
