US-based GE appliances today announced launching of its new range of 3-star and 5-star rated split ACs for the market in North India.

Punjab is the first state where the company has launched nine different models of star-rated split air-conditioners which would be available at leading multi-brand outlets (MBOs).

According to Shelka Marketing Private Limited, (distributor of GE appliance for North India), Managing Director P K Mahindra the industry statistics proved the market for ACs in India was taking giant leaps.
