BPO company Genpact today announced appointment of two key business development heads in a bid to further strengthen its presence in the US market.

The company has appointed Charles Present to head business development for banking and financial services, while Peter Cincogrono will head business development for the insurance vertical, Genpact said in a statement.

These business development executives bring extensive industry experience to their Genpact roles and are contributing to Genpact's strategy of expanding both its US presence and successful BFSI client base, it added.

"We see tremendous growth opportunities in the BFSI market for our business process and technology management services, and we are thrilled to have these accomplished industry experts as client and business development leaders on the Genpact team to help drive growth," Genpact Senior Vice-President and Global Leader (BFSI) Mohit Thukral said.

Present joins Genpact from one of the largest global banks and brings in experience from financial services sales, marketing and client management.

Cincogrono would drive Genpact's go-to-market approach for the life and property and casualty insurance markets, the statement said.

Genpact has also hired other domain experts for the banking, financial services and insurance verticals as well.
