Girnar Soft acqui-hires virtual reality company Drishya360s

Girnar Soft, the parent company of CarDekho.com, announced that it had acquired a virtual reality firm, Drishya360s. The company announced that it would be a cash-plus-stock deal. All employees of Drishya360s will join Girnar Soft.

Drishya360s is a video production, augmented reality, virtual reality, and web-designing and hosting company. The acquisition means the likes of Cardekho will be able to add to the augmented reality platform it currently provides as part of 'Feel The Car'. Girnar Soft will use Drishya360s expertise to develop online and offline advertising solutions.
