Godrej Properties has posted a 11.93% fall in net profit, at Rs 15.5 crore for the quarter ended December 2010, over the corresponding quarter in the previous year (Rs 17.6 crore).
The net sales were posted at 48.2 crore 137.43% compared to the sales of Rs 20.3 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
The company says bookings in the initial nine months are higher than the full last year.
The shares were down in the morning were trading down by 2.64% at 571 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
