Godrej Properties Q4 net up 12% at Rs 41 cr

The company's sales went up almost three-fold at Rs 298 cr

Godrej Properties, the realty development arm of Godrej group, posted a 12% jump in its net profit at Rs 40.92 crore in the December quarter of the financial year 2014 as compared to to Rs 36.62 crore it posted in corresponding quarter of previous financial year.

The company's sales went up almost three-fold at Rs 297.77 crore in Q4 of FY 2014 as compared to Rs 100.54 crore in the last quarter of FY 2013.

The company's stock was trading at Rs 213.50, which was 3.17% down from previous close.
