Godrej Properties Q4 net up 6% at Rs 51 cr

Its net sales went up 75% at Rs 675 cr

Godrej Properties, the property development arm of Godrej group, posted a 6% increase in its net profit in the March quarter of current financial year. It posted a net profit of Rs 51.44 crore in Q4 of FY15 as compared to Rs 48.34 crore it posted in the corresponding quarter of previous financial year.

Its net sales went up 75% at Rs 675.91 crore in Q4 of FY 2015 as compared to Rs 386.22 crore of Q4 of FY14.
