The shares of Godrej Properties were up 3% on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) to Rs 685 after the company reported a net profit of Rs 60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 versus Rs 58 crore reported last year.
Total income stood at Rs 333.53 crore versus Rs 230.19 crore reported last year, while earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at Rs 101.43 crore in comparison to Rs 75.6 crore last year.
