Godrej Properties, Vihang Group ink JV for Thane land

The company will develop a residential project on the 15-acre land off Ghodbunder Road

Godrej Properties, the realty arm of Godrej Group, today said that it has entered into a joint development agreement with Pratap Sarnaik’s Vihang Group to develop 15 acres of land off Ghodbunder Road in Thane.

The company will develop a residential project on the plot which has a potential of over 1 million sq ft.
