Haribhakti Group and D B Desai Group enter into alliance

Will provide corporate tax, financial consultancy and risk management advisory services

Haribhakti Group and D. B. Desai Group today entered into alliance to offer corporate tax, financial consultancy and risk management advisory services.

Tax service will cover both direct and indirect taxes while financial consultancy services will offer consultancy in mergers and amalgamations, valuations, due-diligence, business re-organisations, private equity and initial public offering (IPO) support services, a statement said.

Shailesh Haribhakti, chairman, Haribhakti Group, said, “this alliance will enhance our ability to provide greater value to our customers by offering a suite of financial consultancy services and specialised solutions to businesses poised for global expansion.”
