In a research study conducted by Idea7, a Mumbai-based auto services vertical, the Honda City has come up tops when it comes to customer recommendation.

The City is the leader overall, and is at the top of the C-segment as well. In the B-segment, the Maruti Alto was the leader, while the Toyota Qualis topped the utility-vehicles category.
