IT major Hewlett-Packard (HP) today said it has appointed Rajiv Srivastava as Chief Operating Officer for its India operations.
In his current role, Srivastava will be a part of the central leadership team of HP India and will be responsible for driving the company’s growth and business performance, HP India said in a statement.
He will be in charge of managing the overall commercial and financial impact across all organisational decisions and activities, it added.
Srivastava, who was earlier associated with Microsoft, will report to HP India Managing Director Neelam Dhawan.
"India is an important growth market for HP. With his strategic insights, he will be able to bring immense value to the organisation and help drive business to the next level," Dhawan said.
