Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services today said HSBC Global Investment Funds has increased its stake in the company to 5.70 per cent.
HSBC Global Investment Funds has bought 10,28,297 shares representing 1.06 per cent stake in the company, M&M Financial Services said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
As on June 19, HSBC Global Investment Funds holds 5.70 per cent stake against the earlier 4.64 per cent stake or 44.99 lakh shares of M&M Financial Services, the filing added.
Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services were trading at Rs 242, down 0.41 per cent on the BSE.
