IDBI Fortis Life Insurance Company Ltd, a joint venture between IDBI, Federal Bank and Fortis, has launched its second branch in Andhra Pradesh at Vijayawada.
The company, which already has a branch in Hyderabad, plans to set up four more branches in the state, covering south India with over 20 branches. It has plans to open 100 branches across the country during this fiscal.
“With growing income, more and more people want to invest their money for long-term wealth-building. We hope to target this segment with our unique wealth-building products that will help their money grow by protecting it from unforeseen circumstances,” RM Vishakha, company's president – bancassurance, stated in a press release.
