iGATE Patni extends contract with The Mosaic Company

iGATE Patni has extended its contract with ‘The Mosaic Company’ for providing global service desk support in English, Latin American, and APAC languages.

The company, however, did not specify the value or the duration for which the contract would be valid, simply labeling it as a 'multi-million-dollar, multi-year' contract.

The company will leverage its delivery center in Pensacola, Florida to deliver English language support to Mosaic worldwide users. The extended contract is also expected to help generate additional jobs in Pensacola center for iGATE Patni. The centre currently employs more than 200 people.

On the extension of the contract, Doug Mills, CIO, The Mosaic Company said, “We are committed to providing our users across the world best-in-class global support services.
